Several sources of funding are available for programs that serve children, youth and families.

Using its Procurement Policies and Procedures, the Collaboration Council contracts with public or private organizations to deliver promising or proven effective programs or services to identified children, youth or families.

Always, the goal of these programs and services must be that they will result in improved well being for the participants, and the improvement will be measured.

A list of current requests for proposals (RFPs) or Open Solicitations by the Collaboration Council follows. Through these, we are seeking public or private entities to perform certain services for children, youth and families.
