By spearheading collaborative partnerships with the community, public and private agencies and other community stakeholders, The Montgomery County Collaboration Council for Children, Youth and Families is making a difference in the struggle to create strong, self-sufficient, nurturing families and environments. Using The Children’s Agenda as our blueprint, the following programs and initiatives have been put in place.
